Single, Disabled and Urinal units do not require any power, they are all self contained units.

Hotwash units - requires a 220v - 240v single phase

Single mains connected units - requires 16amp single phase c-form socket

Shower units - requires 32amp c-form single phase socket

Trailer units - requires a 13amp socket (standard household 3 pin socket)

Yes. Please allow a 4KW for our Trailer units.

We do not supply generators. You should be able to hire one from your local hire shops.

All our self contained units do not come with interior lighting. They have a translucent roof which enables light to filter through.

If our units are positioned under artificial lighting ie: street lamps or garden lights, it should let in enough light to illuminate the interior during dark hours.

Alternatively, a small battery operated interior light can be bought quite cheaply from your local store.

o. All our units, including Trailers, are self contained and require no water connection.

Showers units will need to be connected to a water supply.

Trailer units do have the option of being connected to a water supply if you would prefer a constant supply of clean fresh water for hand washing.

You will need to make sure that you have a drainage outlet for the waste. This also applies to the Shower.

Normally, we will deliver your event units on a Friday and collect on the following Monday.

We will always try and work around the customers needs, including weekend deliveries and collections, but an additional charge may apply for a weekend call out.

Yes. Please ensure that our office has at least one contact name and number of someone on site.

Also make them aware that you would like a call at least one hour before delivery to save you waiting in all day.

Trailer units will be delivered with our Mitsubishi L200 4x4 vehicle. Single event units will be delivered using our small flatbed transit or our Mitsubishi 4x4, depending on how many units you have ordered.

If you think there maybe a problem gaining access to your site, you will need to let us know as soon as possible as we schedule our deliveries in advance.

Yes. We can offer you two options. An attendant for the day or a site visit to service your units during your event.

Please let us know when booking, that a service will be needed. An additional charge will apply for this service.

You can either send a cheque to us or, if you call our office you can pay by debit/credit card over the telephone.

Please note that a surcharge will be applied to credit card payments.

All events must be paid for in full 7 days prior to the event.
